We’re thrilled to announce that Peak PEO received double recognition at the Flexa Awards 2025:

This recognition validates what we’ve always believed: that treating people properly and providing genuine flexibility creates extraordinary results, with our eNPS Score reaching a phenomenal 89, and an overall 4.6/5 Satisfaction score across the entire organisation.

What makes this achievement particularly meaningful is that we competed against much larger corporations across all categories. As a fully remote team spread across multiple continents, securing second place for company culture challenges the outdated notion that strong workplace cultures can only develop in physical offices. We’re in the final stages of completing significant improvements based directly on client and employee feedback. This complex implementation process has required careful attention to detail, but we’re excited about the enhanced functionality it will provide.

While we’re proud of the technical advances, we remain committed to our human-centered approach. Technology is important, but it’s the personal touch and expertise of our team that truly sets the Peak experience apart.

Building for the Future and Team Expansion

This quarter has seen exciting developments in our team structure as we prepare for our next growth phase. We’ve opened key strategic positions including a new Sales Director role – pivoting from our traditional referral-based growth to a more proactive approach while maintaining our quality-over-quantity ethos.

We’re also hiring a second intern to work with VP of Business Solutions, nurturing emerging talent within our organisation. Both positions reflect our commitment to building a diverse team while maintaining our people-first approach.

The response to these openings has been phenomenal, demonstrating the attractiveness of our culture and mission. We’re currently in the final stages of our selection process and look forward to introducing our new team members soon.

Our partnership with B1G1 (Buy One, Give One) continues to create ripples of positive change around the world. We’re proud to report that we’ve now made 142,781 total impacts, including:

  • Protected 136,488 square meters of native forest for a year

  • Delivered 6,012 days of feminine hygiene support for girls
  • Supported young adults’ mental health
